After logging in, the Citrix Receiver automatically launches.
You want it to NOT automatically launch when the user logs in.

Clicking on a published application or desktop resulted in nothing happening. Seemed like the launch.ica file just wasn’t calling Citrix Receiver properly to start the connecting process. IE wasn’t asking me to save or open launch.ica, this was differrent. After a Citrix Receiver cleanup and reinstall the same problem remained. The same applications that fail from StoreFront or Web Interface succeed from the Citrix Quick Launch tool. Solution Add the servers to the proper Worker Groups as specified in the Load Balancing policies.

Step 1: Resolution 1:
Uninstall Citrix Receiver from add/remove programs.
Step 2: Resolution 2:
Open run and type regedit. Browse the following registry key:
HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun
Delete Citrix receiver
Step 3: Resolution 3:
Browse C:Users%username%AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup in Windows Explorer.
Remove application from list.
ConnectionCenter - 'c:Program FilesCitrixICA clientconcentr.exe' /startup
ConnectionCenter - 'c:Program FilesCitrixICA clientconcentr.exe' /startup
Step 4: Resolution 4:
Open MSconfig - under startup tab - disable Citrix
